Dorian Baroni

Dorian Baroni is a Senior Associate with Dialogos. She brings a wealth of personal and professional experience that benefits all of her projects and engagements which are primarily focused on global organization capability and leadership effectiveness, global talent management, as well as multiculturalism and inclusion. She is also currently a faculty coach on the LCI program.

Across a number of corporate leadership positions, she has distinguished herself as a collaborative change leader with a strategic focus, applying strong intellect and analytical skills to develop thought leadership. She has previously held positions of leadership at BP for global talent management, organization capability, Diversity and Inclusion, and socio-economic impact studies. Ms. Baroni has championed leading-edge practices throughout her corporate career. She combines personal enthusiasm, strong industry and functional expertise, and deep practical experience. Her ability to appraise issues from multiple perspectives and a passion for learning and development benefit every project in which she has been engaged.

Her professional experience spans industries and continents. Ms. Baroni has worked at BP, Arco, Morgan Stanley and Procter & Gamble in a number of functions and positions. She has lived and worked in Brussels (Belgium), Washington DC, New York City, Los Angeles (US), Anchorage (US/Alaska), Rome (Italy), Caracas (Venezuela), and London (UK).

Ms. Baroni’s educational background is similarly varied. She received her European Baccalaureate from the European School in Brussels, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from The College of William and Mary, an MBA degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management. She is fluent in Italian and English and conversant in French and Spanish.
