Jason Jay
Jason Jay is an Associate Consultant at Dialogos. His work focuses on leadership coaching and education, as well as the use of information technology in organizational learning efforts. Jason is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and is closely involved in research and development of Dialogos’s core knowledge. Jason has consulted for several international organizations including BP, The World Bank, and Hernando De Soto's Institute for Liberty and Democracy in Peru. In partnership with Roca, Inc., he has facilitated dialogues among leaders of Boston-area agencies serving high-risk youth. Prior to joining Dialogos, Jason worked at the intersection of information technology and education. He worked on program development and educational technology for Knowledge Universe and Harvard Extension School, and consulted with innovative schools in Pennsylvania, Colorado, California, and Massachusetts. Jason received a Masters in Education and an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University. He resides in the city of Boston, where he practices ashtanga yoga and improvisational flute alongside his consulting work. |
