Michael Jones
Michael Jones is a Canadian leadership consultant, writer, speaker, pianist and composer who has been engaged in leadership development and organizational learning for 35 years. He joined the MIT Dialogue Project in 1992 and continued as a Senior Associate with Dialogos, where he has served as a core faculty member and coach in our Leadership for Collective Intelligence and the Art of Thinking Together programs. Michael has designed and facilitated dozens of learning conferences, served as a coach and mentor to senior leaders and been a featured keynote speaker in a variety of major forums across North America. He is also a composer and pianist whose 13 albums have served as a benchmark for contemporary solo piano recordings. Michael is the author of two books on creative practice: Creating and Imaginative Life (Conari Press, 1995) and the forthcoming Artful Presence; Finding Wholeness on the Tides of Change. These books together with his numerous essays in newsletters, journals, and publications have placed him at the frontier in exploring personal and collective creation. Michael is a charter-consulting member with the Society for Organizational Learning (SOL) and a Senior Fellow with the James McGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland, Washington.
