Marianne Picard

Marianne is the Leadership Education Manager at Dialogos. In this position, she manages the execution of the Art of Thinking Together and the Leadership for Collective Intelligence programs. She also serves as a business development contact for all of the Dialogos offerings. Within her ten years of experience in the field of organizational learning, Marianne previously served as Public Workshop Manager and business development representative for Innovation Associates/AD Little. She especially enjoys working with people inside organizations who are becoming aware of their own connection to the possibilities for change.
