Thomas Sullivan

Thomas Sullivan has spent more than 15 years as a consultant, facilitator and lecturer on designing and implementing personal and organization change efforts in distinct settings across the globe.  He has been invited to lecture on a variety of topics including; Strategy Implementation, Coaching, Leadership and Executive Teams, Systems Thinking, Building High Performance Teams, Innovation and Learning.  Mr. Sullivan’s approach is to work with clients’ strengths to create the lasting change they want to bring about while building the capability of the client organization to negotiate the demands of our changing world. 

Mr. Sullivan is bilingual (Spanish and English) and works with equal ease in Spanish and English, with clients in Latin America, Spain and the United States.  Current client work ranges from executive coaching to consulting projects that include; the design and implementation of a new organization structure for a division of a major petrochemical company and the design and implementation of the leadership development function of a biotech firm.   This work includes coaching the management team and building change and teaming competencies in the staff.  Mr. Sullivan’s work is guided by his philosophy of collaborating with clients to build capacity to create sustained change they aspire to in their organizations.  He is the recipient of several awards in recognition of excellence in delivering value to his clients.   

In addition to his client work, Mr. Sullivan is a consulting member of the Society for Organizational Learning.  Mr. Sullivan has held senior consulting positions with Arthur D. Little and Innovation Associates.   Prior to that he held a management position with Landmark Education, an international training firm, where he managed sales and operations as well as developed and conducted training programs focusing on personal transformation and effectiveness. He has a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  He lives with his wife and four children in the Boston area.
