For close to twenty years, Peri spent much of her time as a professional mountaineer, wilderness guide, and experiential educator. Her diverse range of skills include NGO start-up and development, and cross-cultural dialogue and exchange.
Dorian brings a wealth of personal and professional experience, primarily focused on global organization capability, leadership effectiveness, global talent management, and multiculturalism and inclusion.
Tina's passion for understanding people, their stories, and the connectivity that exists between all of us fuels her practice and enables her to facilitate even in the most difficult of situations.
David has worked as a leader, consultant, teacher, and facilitator in the US and around the world for 25 years. His work with nonprofits, corporations and government agencies includes leadership development, intercultural communication, management and organizational change.
Cliff has over 25 years of experience as a master facilitator, consultant, mediator and teacher. For the past 15 years he has specialized in facilitating nonprofit change processes and offering leadership training ranging from governmental agencies to social change groups to large church organizations.
Thomas’ work ranges from executive coaching to consulting projects that include; the design and implementation of a new organization structure for a division of a major petrochemical company and the design and implementation of the leadership development function of a biotech firm.
Maja has been working predominantly on large scale systems change with her clients, achieving coherence between structural transformation and the human side of change. She is passionate about helping people bring out and work through difficult issues.
