Coaching Services for Individuals

  • 12-month Coaching Intensive for individual professional and executive level leaders: Dialogos' signature 12-month Coaching Intensive guides you in developing the four areas of leadership excellence: Diagnosing, Understanding Change, Intervening, and Reflecting. During frequent face-to-face and telephone coaching sessions, you will learn a set of specific and highly effective leadership models and tools, and engage with the coach in skill building practices and reflection exercises. The 12-month Coaching Intensive will help you grow significantly in your management and leadership abilities.
  • Custom designed coaching for individual leaders: Focused, intensive custom coaching designed in collaboration with a Dialogos coach to develop a specific skill or address a particular challenge or problem.
  • Coaching packages within a consulting engagement: Dialogos usually offers coaching packages as part of our consulting engagements because of the important role that key individuals can play in an organizational change effort. Leaders can either inhibit organizational change through limiting beliefs and actions, or they can have a highly positive influence on the organization as a whole through masterful expression of the four areas of leadership excellence. Our coaching services help ensure successful organizational change by helping key individuals develop their leadership and management skills.
  • Specialist coaches services: You may wish to work with one of Dialogos' specialist coaches, who offer a variety of complementary coaching services to address your individuals needs and interests.

Coaching Services for Teams

  • Coaching for teams and groups for improved function and performance: We work with leadership teams, project teams and working teams to develop high-functioning capacity to communicate openly, generate creative and innovative new ideas, and solve problems. We help teams build their collective capacity for an aligned and productive way of thinking and acting together. Through their example, individual teams can provide leadership for the entire organization.

Coaching Services for Graduates of Dialogos Programs

  • 10-session or 5-session coaching intensives for graduates of Dialogos leadership development programs: Designed specifically to help graduates of Dialogos' leadership development programs integrate and apply what they have learned over the course of their program.

Coaching Training

  • One-day introduction to Dialogos coaching: This session is designed for people who already have experience doing coaching using their own models and methods, and wish to refine or expand their approach. In one part of the day, coaches do live coaching with others in the session, and are observed and given feedback by Dialogos coaches and other participants. The other part of the day is devoted to an overview of the Dialogos models and coaching approach, and dialogue of how individuals can improve their own coaching work.
  • Peer-to-peer coaching intensive training: In this custom-designed session or sessions we teach individuals how to do peer-to-peer coaching with colleagues and fellow team members. You will learn an essential core of coaching tools, practices, and principles that enable you give constructive feedback, and create opportunities for others to practice and reflect on new ways of thinking and acting.
  • Coming in 2010 - 3-session coaching intensive for coaches: Introductory intensive for novice coaches or people who want to learn how to do coaching. Each session is 2 to 3 days, in which we teach the Dialogos coaching models and tools, and cover our coaching philosophy and approach. There is ample time during the sessions for discussion, practice, and reflection.
