South Asia: When Informal Dialogue Shifted a Region

In a time of stalled diplomacy and rising tension, Dialogos helped convene a series of off-the-record dialogues across eight South Asian countries. By creating space where roles could fall away and people could speak freely, the effort catalyzed new relationships—and surprising results. These included the first-ever energy transmission link between India and Pakistan, revived cross-border trade routes, and a shared vision now guiding billions in regional investment.
