Pathfinder Certification Program and Practitioner Community Membership
A new way to see—and to help others see more clearly.
The Pathfinder™ Certification Program is designed for leaders, coaches, and facilitators who want to deepen their own practice of self-leadership while gaining the ability to guide others using the Pathfinder Individual Leadership Assessment.
This program is more than training. It is a developmental container: a space where your own leadership grows as you build the capacity to help others surface hidden dynamics, integrate archetypal patterns, and lead from a fuller, more adaptive self.
By taking the program, you will also be an annual member of the Pathfinder Practitioner Community, which will be focused on deepening learning and coaching skills utilizing Pathfinder.
What you’ll get
As a Pathfinder Community of Practice Member, you will:
- Learn the Pathfinder tool in depth. Understand how your own “inner circuits” of leadership—visionary, relational, performance, and insight—work. Explore how these archetypal patterns show up in yourself and in those you coach. Receive hands-on training and supervised practice in interpreting and applying the Pathfinder assessment, including working with leadership archetypes, circuits, shadows, and polarities.
- Earn certification. Become a certified Pathfinder Practitioner, licensed to administer the survey in your professional work with rigor and integrity.
- Gain access to the Online Survey Delivery Platform. Set up and send surveys to team members or clients, customize email communication, track responses, see reports
- Gain access to the Pathfinder AI tool. This chatbot tool will help you interpret results, design coaching advice, reflect on patterns across multiple participants.
- Gain access to Community Reflection and Learning sessions. Join any of a series of webinars and peer dialogues offered through the year.
- Join a trusted circle. Connect with peers committed to mutual learning and collective inquiry. Together, you will practice holding space, reading patterns beneath the surface, and helping others navigate their own developmental edges.

Why it matters
Pathfinder rests on a simple but profound premise: we each contain multiple parts, or archetypal energies, that shape how we lead. At times these align; at times they pull us into shadow. True leadership comes from learning to recognize these patterns, connect them to a deeper Self, and act with clarity.
By becoming a Pathfinder Practitioner, you learn to guide others through that process. You help them see the signals beneath the noise, find balance across archetypes, and release what holds them back. In doing so, your own leadership expands—grounded, connected, and ready to meet the demands of our time.
