Practitioner Path
The Practitioner Path is for the catalysts—the coaches, facilitators, and internal change leaders committed to bringing the principles of collective intelligence into their own systems and clients.

Through our Leadership Path, we work directly with executives, boards, and senior teams inside live, high-stakes environments. Together, we surface what matters, identify the unseen patterns holding things in place, and shift how people think, decide, and act. Through our long-term development programs, Dialogos helps practitioners build the capacity to sense what’s emerging, hold stronger containers, and guide systems through complexity. We teach not just techniques, but a way of being—a stance that enables you to unlock what’s already possible in the groups you serve.
This is the same work we’ve refined over decades in our advanced practitioner programs and cultivated through initiatives like our Leadership for Collective Intelligence Program (LCI), The 10,000 Leaders Project, and bespoke train-the-trainer offerings. Practitioners emerge able to lead with depth, presence, and systemic awareness, wherever they go.
Current Programs.
Leading from Self: An Intensive in Personal and Systemic Transformation
Work at the level where lasting change begins—within the leader and across the system. Integrate the healing intelligence of IFS with the catalytic power of dialogue.
This two-day program in Chicago brings together Richard Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems, and William Isaacs, founder of Dialogos. It’s designed for senior leaders, system stewards, and experienced practitioners who want to work at the level where transformation truly holds—inside themselves and across their systems.
Over the course of the workshop, you’ll connect your inner work to measurable systemic outcomes. You’ll learn to remain centered and clear when stakes are high, and activate the same Self Leadership in others. You’ll practice creating strong containers for groups in transition, navigating tension and fragmentation, and surfacing the hidden dynamics that block progress.
You’ll leave with a concrete 90-day roadmap linking what you’ve developed in the room to the changes you need to make in the world.

Pathfinder Certification Program and Practitioner Community Membership
A focused training for leaders, coaches, and facilitators who want to deepen their own self-leadership while gaining the tools to guide others. The Pathfinder™ Certification equips you to interpret and apply the Pathfinder Individual Leadership Assessment, working with archetypes, circuits, and shadow patterns to unlock growth.
More than training, this is a developmental space where your own leadership deepens as you help others discover theirs.
